These gates, are gates that we can sell for much lower prices, for a
few reasons; either we had them removed from a property that
purchased a new gate from us for design reasons, or a gate that was
completed with leftover materials, and even gates that were done by
another contractor in which the client didn't like it and called us to redo
his/her gate. This happens a few times a year.

We then discount the gates and offer them to clients with similar
openings or lower budgets. In many cases, we have to modify the
gate to fit the needs of the opening and the client.
