I recommend Mulholland Security Centers to anyone with a need for premises/building security. Just recently, our company employed them for three separate projects – deployment of new Access Control System, CCTV System retrofit and Door Entry System upgrade for a three story building.
Mulholland was able to demonstrate the ability to find and implement a reasonably priced yet effective solution for all three of our projects. Their original proposals were very clear and didn't contain any unnecessary or excessive items. The labor costs were also accurately estimated and the installation was performed by a professional low voltage crew and excellent locksmith. Any concerns or requests we had were quickly and effectively resolved. The Mulholland Quality Control Department even followed up upon completion to make sure that we are completely satisfied with both quality of the work and materials provided to us. We are indeed!

I am the Community Association Manager for Coronado Maintenance Corporation, a mid-rise condominium building located at 7100 Playa Vista Dr., Playa Vista, CA 90094. In January 2009 the Board of Directors contracted with Mulholland Security to install 8 Surveillance Cameras in the parking garage and entrance areas.

In working directly with Edward Dimmerling, account manager and George I found that “efficient” may be an understatement. The installation of the Camera system was done quickly and the system provides great coverage with the least amount of cameras possible. A few months ago we found out we needed a new surveillance system. We began by contacting numerous companies with little knowledge of what we needed. Thankfully, we found Mulholland Security Centers through the Better Business Bureau.

I am writing this as a courtesy. You have kept me well informed and wanted to reciprocate the professional manner in which you run your business.


I requested the balance of $7410.03 on June 9th, as your techs/installers were only waiting on the repair work the plumber was to complete for the last camera and a few final touches. I was informed Friday that your check would not be cut until July 2nd. For this I do apologize. You and your staff have given us nothing but the best in customer service. I am doing everything possible to get the balance in your hands as soon as possible.

As you know, we had an occurrence of theft while I was away. I was gone for 9 days and of course someone had to take advantage. When viewing previous days, I had a few concerns with the quality of the picture with this system. I am experiencing blurry to very dark images in most of the camera views on a regular basis. I would like for this to be addressed at your earliest convenience. When Elton and Armando did the walk through with me, I made it very clear that I needed clear footage of the areas we were placing the cameras. The footage I am getting will not hold up in court if I should need to prosecute someone.

I understand that Elton is working with Jeremy, my computer tech, to get the IP/ports set up for us. I also need to set up a time for the training of the system that is included under the agreement. Lily, my assistant, informed me that Elton was great help when she requested help to use the system, but from her understanding we were being charged an hourly rate. I would also appreciate the tech support numbers for Mace shall we need them in the future.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for facilitating our move to 10911 Weyburn Avenue last year. Your company's prompt response to our many requests for re-keying keys and other related hardware problems made the transition in to the new 10,000 square foot space easier to manage. More critical at the time was the need to install at the earliest possible time a security keyless system in the building. Your prompt guidance in the selection of a system and the quick turn around in the installation was a welcome sign to the building occupants and me.

Additionally, I appreciate your personal attention in reviewing with me your assessment for a video security system for the building. The time and effort you devoted in inspecting the property and in recommending a system reflect on your company's focus on customer service.
