networking organization; Mulholland Security Centers works with a lot
of their groups.)
I wish you all well and a great year.
Just to give you the confidence in the level of service that we are providing and letting you know that at Mulholland we are thinking of you all.
We have been successful at retaining our A+ ratings; Kaiser Permanente started working with us as well as a few schools, the Red Cross, and Sysco Food supply which is connecting us to 4,000 of their clients and restaurants around LA.
We increased our work force and added a few great senior techs who are doing an amazing job and are representing us nicely,
Yossi and Edward are running the operation and we are getting discovered now by large companies who are realizing all that we can do for them and appreciate the high level of service.

for three separate projects – deployment of new Access Control System,
CCTV System retrofit and Door Entry System upgrade for a three story

Association Manager for Coronado Maintenance Corporation, a mid-rise
condominium building located at 7100 Playa Vista Dr., Playa Vista, CA
90094. In January 2009 the Board of Directors contracted
with Mulholland Security to install 8 Surveillance
Cameras in the parking garage and entrance areas.
In working directly with Edward Dimmerling, account manager and George
I found that
“efficient” may be an understatement.
The installation of the Camera system was done quickly and the system
provides great coverage with the least amount of cameras possible. The

A few months ago we found out we
needed a new surveillance system. We
began by contacting numerous companies with little knowledge of what we
needed. Thankfully we found Mulholland Security Centers through the
Better Business Bureau.
Immediately
Mulholland offered us a number of choices of which to choose from.
After a quick evaluation of our building Mulholland recommended a
system that would best fit our needs.
The

I am writing to thank you and your staff for facilitating our move to
10911 Weyburn Avenue last year. Your company's prompt response to our
many requests for re keying keys and other related hardware problems
made the transition in to the new 10,000
square foot space easier to manage. More critical at the time was the
need to install at the earliest possible time a security keyless system

Mulholland
Security Centers
has been performing regular and emergency services at the Burbank/Bob
Hope Airport for the past five years. They have always responded in
short time, whenever the airport places a call for service. They have
always been able to handle all calls whether it is during normal
business hours of after hours when an emergency might arrive. They have

procure repair parts almost immediately to take care of any problems. I

Now I know why you are the man! You are first and most importantly a
nice man and I'm sure a great dad. I love dealing with good people who
know who they are and then.... what they are talking about. Too many
people think they know, but actions speak louder than words. Enough

entry door squared away, and then to correct and complete our security

During a recent field trip to view the
Cantera iron doors last Saturday, I approached the option of changing
the entry door security access from magnetic locks to a "buzz in "
system with our security volunteer Don Williams. I was able
to
discuss in brief, but there are technical questions he had, and that
were raised by the others in the group, and we would like to discuss it
further with you if you are available.
We will be
holding a Safety & Security Committee (5 members) meeting
Friday,

Just
as an FYI, Mulholland Security, the company Diana Stiller identified
and that did a security survey at the building a few months ago, just
completed the security upgrade job at my personal residence that I
mentioned to you.
They replaced three existing
night vision cameras, relocating one of them, and added two new
cameras.
All the cameras were connected to my
existing GE digital recorder and integrated to operate correctly,
including viewing the camera images remotely over the Internet.
The work was
done in an efficient and workmanlike manner. Everything
works properly. All
appointments were kept and necessary rain delays were noticed promptly
via e-mail so as to minimize the impact on my schedule. The jobsite was
left clean and orderly. The outdoor work on stucco surfaces was
properly caulked and waterproofed.
The technicians even troubleshot and
repaired an annoying problem with one of the existing camera locations.
They
stayed until after dark to make sure the night vision worked properly
and that the cameras were aimed and focused as I wanted them. There is
little more they could have done to meet my expectations.
Overall, I
am highly satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use the
services of Mulholland Security at the Broadway Hollywood,
assuming
their bid was competitive and that they possess the core competencies
to handle our access control and physical security (locks, welding,
etc.) issues, which I did not have an opportunity to experience or
evaluate.
I have no personal interest
or investment in the HOA employing Mulholland Security for our security
needs. I only wish to candidly report my experience to management and
the board and add to our collective body of information.
